Our products are made using 3D-printing processes. Minor variations in texture, layer lines, surface finish, or appearance may naturally occur as part of the manufacturing process and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Product dimensions and specifications are provided as accurately as reasonably possible, but minor variations may occur.

Plants, decorative objects, and other accessories shown in product photographs are not included unless expressly stated in the product description.

All product descriptions, designs, prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from The Planter Studio. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order as permitted by applicable law.

Payment must be successfully authorized and processed before an order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including product size, depth, color, quantity, shipping address, and any customization selections.

Because many of our products are made to order, we may be unable to modify or cancel an order once production has begun.

If we need to modify, decline, or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, telephone number, or other contact information provided with your order.

Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 — CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

The Planter Studio may offer custom or personalized products, including custom colors, sizes, designs, configurations, sets, or other specifications requested by the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming customization details before placing or approving a custom order.

Because custom and personalized products are manufactured specifically for the customer, they are considered final sale and cannot normally be returned, exchanged, or refunded because of a change of mind or customer preference.

This restriction does not apply when a custom product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the specifications agreed upon for the order.

Custom orders generally cannot be canceled once production has begun.

SECTION 5 — PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, product prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import charges, or other fees.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, billing, and account information.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided for your purchase.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped according to the shipping options and estimated delivery times presented during checkout.

Processing or production time may be required before an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, particularly because many of our products are made to order.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

The Planter Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect customer-provided addresses, customs processing, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged products, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Custom and personalized products are generally final sale, except where an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered.

Certain products sold by The Planter Studio are designed to be mounted on walls or other surfaces.

Customers are responsible for determining whether their wall, mounting surface, hardware, and installation method are appropriate for the product and its intended use.

Where mounting hardware is included, customers remain responsible for determining whether that hardware is appropriate for their particular wall or surface.

Installation should be performed carefully and, when appropriate, by a qualified person.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Planter Studio is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, overloading, unsuitable mounting surfaces, failure to follow provided instructions, or use of inappropriate mounting hardware.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

The Services, including our branding, product photography, graphics, text, designs, logos, product names, videos, and other original content, are owned by or licensed to The Planter Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and The Planter Studio.

Shopify is not the seller of products offered by The Planter Studio and is not responsible for fulfillment, product quality, customer service, returns, refunds, or other aspects of transactions between you and The Planter Studio, except to the extent separately provided by Shopify under its own services and terms.
